Felicity ( Hands Up )

I recently received my favourite kind of commission. A couple in St Peters Illinois had come across my website and were drawn to the female figures. They needed a focal point beside their pool and their only requests were that she have both hands up and be painted a hammered gold.

This is a little video of various steps of building, with a remarably clever, almost automatic turn table....

Later, after a fresh coat of hammered gold, I took her for a little fresh air and a day at the beach...
